Chartered Accountant (CA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and MIS reports.
- Conduct internal and statutory audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage taxation processes, including planning, filing, and advisory in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial advisory on mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, tax, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle deadlines under pressure.
Qualifications::
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
Proven experience in accounting, audit, or taxation roles.
