Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide property consultation as per their requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and follow-ups
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms
• Maintain regular communication with developers and stay updated on project details
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients efficiently.

Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
