Conduct site visits, project presentations, and follow-ups
Identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships.
Guide clients through the property buying process, from initial consultation to closure.
Coordinate with developers and ensure accurate project knowledge across the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and team training sessions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategy.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale engagement.
Key Requirements:
4–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling abilities.
Deep understanding of Gurgaon’s real estate market, especially luxury segment.
Goal-driven with the ability to meet high-performance targets.
